All NEW parts come from new sets that have been parted out. New parts may not be perfect condition due to their co-mingling with other parts. Also all new capes will be removed from boxes to save on space.

Almost all of my USED parts are in good condition, I try my best to weed out and throw away bad pieces. But USED parts are USED - they MAY have scratches, play marks, nicks, have color variations, etc. Used pieces have been washed.

I try to include any flaws in the descriptions. I'll be happy to supply further comment or pictures as necessary. If there are any issues with your order please contact me and I will resolve the issue.

LOST ORDERS: If the order is lost, a refund will be made if tracking # shows that it hasn't been delivered and if USPS can't locate it. This can take a month or more for USPS to declare it lost. If it shows that it was delivered, contact your USPS office or carrier and see where it was left. They have the GPS coordinates where it was scanned and should be able to locate it.
